10.05.2010 · Guys I have been using the Best Ribs In The Universe recipe for ever I really need a new dry rub. If anyone here has had the Ribs in St. Louis from Pappy's this is what I am after that type of rub taste. Or does anyone have a good dry rub that would be on the sweet side? HELP!

05.02.2017 · I LOVE LOVE LOVE this seasoning, used it for few years now. I do use it only on meat chicken, beef, pork, fish, ext.. I did try few of the seasonings that you find at your local grocery stores, the one thing I didnt like about them is that if you put a little too much on the meat it comes out very salty.

I've never actually been to Pappy's so I am not certain it's the same rub they use on their ribs but it is an excellent rib rub nonetheless. There is also a low sodium version on Amazon. The garlic and herb rub they make is great too.
